Fotoeins Friday in Kleinwalsertal: Hirschegg

Austria’s Kleinwalsertal (Little Walser Valley) is a picturesque mountain valley southeast from Oberstdorf. This piece of Austria’s Vorarlberg is cut off from the rest of the federal state and country; so, the only way in by car or bus is through the town of Oberstdorf in southern Germany.

In the town of Hirschegg, the modern glass and steel building for the Walserhaus is home to the region’s information centre for Kleinwalsertal Tourism, a community library, the “Bergschau” exhibition about the local geography and geology, and a historical collection of skiing paraphernalia.

I made the photo above on 9 March 2017 with a Canon 6D mark 1 and the following settings: 1/250-sec, f/16, ISO1000, and 47mm focal length. This post appears on Fotoeins Fotografie at fotoeins DOT com as https://wp.me/p1BIdT-gmq.
