Fotoeins Friday: Morning sun-glasses (Innsbrucker Altstadt)
On this particular morning at 830am, the sun shines straight down this narrow alley in Innsbruck’s Old Town. What’s highlighted are another sun far smaller, metallic, and reflective; and a set of blue-tinted eyeglasses. They indicate the location of the optician “Optik Renate Hopffer” on Riesengasse. Behind me is a centuries-old bakery that’s been open for a couple of hours. While my taste buds are seriously considering a freshly baked good, it seems only right the sun should point out to me this very scene at this very moment in time.
I made the picture above on 11 May 2018 with a Fujifilm X70 fixed-lens prime and the settings: 1/800-sec, f/16, ISO1000, and 18.5mm focal length (28mm full-frame equivalent). This post appears on Fotoeins Fotografie at fotoeins.com as https://wp.me/p1BIdT-cl6.
