Fotoeins Friday: Passau Old Town in golden light
13 December 2012.
Every place I visit for the first time is an introduction. That much is always self-evident, but Passau is another example to add to the list.
At the end of my year-long RTW, I’m in Germany and visiting friends in Munich. I hopped on a regional train to Passau for the day. Sitting at the junction of three rivers (Inn, Ilz, and the Danube), Passau lights up under late-autumn sunshine, with even more light reflected from ice forming in the water. It’s obvious I have to come back in summer.
During my year-long RTW, I made this photo on 13 December 2012 with the Canon 450D, 18-55 kit-lens, and the following settings: 1/800-sec, f/8, ISO400, 28mm focal length (45mm full-frame equivalent). This post appears on Fotoeins Fotografie at fotoeins.com as http://wp.me/p1BIdT-aj1.
